Terms of Service — Invinote

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invinote Digital Invitations ("Invinote", "we", "us"). Invinote is operated by Voma Ventures, which is also the entity that processes payments and is a party to every transaction made on the platform. Charges will appear as "Voma Ventures" on your bank or card statement. By creating an account, purchasing a template, or using any invitation created on Invinote, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Invinote is a digital invitation platform where couples select a template, customize it with their event details, and share the resulting invitation with guests. Some features (PDF export, gifts, premium templates) are paid add-ons.

2. Accounts & edit links

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials and per-invitation edit links confidential. Anyone with your edit link can modify your invitation, so share it carefully.

3. Purchases, coupons & pricing

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.
Coupons apply to eligible orders only, cannot be stacked, and expire on the date shown.
Payments are processed by Voma Ventures, the entity operating Invinote and the counterparty on your order. Charges will appear as "Voma Ventures" on your bank or card statement. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Refunds

Because invitations are digital goods that can be viewed, downloaded and shared immediately, all sales are generally final. If your invitation has a genuine technical fault we could not resolve, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Gifts feature

If you enable the optional Gifts feature, guests can send you money through the payment method you configure (e.g. bank transfer). Invinote is not a party to these transactions and does not hold funds on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you enter.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (names, photos, wishes, etc.). You grant Invinote a limited licence to host, display and process that content solely to provide the service to you and your guests. You confirm you have the right to share any photos, names or contact details you upload, including those of your guests.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invinote to:

Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene or infringing content.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Attempt to break, probe or overload the platform, or evade access controls.
Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through invitation features.

We may suspend or remove invitations that violate these rules.

8. Templates & intellectual property

Invinote's templates, code, brand and design are owned by us or our licensors. Purchasing a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own wedding invitation. You may not resell, redistribute or use our templates to operate a competing service.

9. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features, and we may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified through the site or by email where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invinote's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using Invinote at any time and request deletion of your invitation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable business and consumer-protection laws at our registered place of business. Disputes will be handled through the competent courts or arbitration forum with jurisdiction over that business location.
